Dr. Vinogradov is an expert in basic and applied research and development of semiconductor photodetectors including Silicon / Solid State Photomultipliers (SiPM, SSPM) - a new generation of solid-state photodetectors with unique photon number resolving performance at room temperature. This talk will be a broad general overview of what quantum computing power added to machine learning techniques could actually give us. The talk will provide a very non-technical introduction to quantum technologies and where it stands at the end of and similarly a very non technical overview of machine learning and AI.
Schedule Event Dates Topics Released: Monday, July 15, Funding Opportunity Announcement Issued: Monday, August 12, Letter of Intent Due Date: Tuesday, September 03, The overall aim of the IPERA project is to integrate the Institute for Physical Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia (IPR-NAS), one of the leading research centers of Armenia, into the European Research Area (ERA), by developing cooperation capacities with European research and innovation organisations in Quantum Information, Atomic and Matter Wave Physics, and Scintillating.
In this capacity, he works to develop relationships with others in the technology ethics community, produces events, convenes thought leaders, and more. Mark is an engineering graduate of The Cooper Union. Recorded on 16 November at the IEEE International Symposium on Technology and Society (ISTAS). This state-of-the-art survey not only serves as a 'position paper' on the field from the viewpoint of expert members of the IFIP Technical Committee 12, its Working Groups and their colleagues, but also presents overviews of current work in different countries.
